What kind of wax do you use?
It depends on the candle. The ceramic candle collection uses a natural soy and coconut wax blend. The mason jar candles use a para soy blend that combines soy wax with a small amount of paraffin for better fragrance performance. Both are clearly labeled so you know exactly what you are getting before you buy.
How long do your candles burn?
An 8 oz candle burns roughly 48 to 64 hours with proper care. The key is trimming the wick to a quarter inch before every burn and letting the wax pool all the way to the edges on the first light. That sets the burn memory and prevents tunneling.
Are your fragrances clean?
Yes. Every fragrance oil is phthalate free, paraben free, and cruelty free. No mutagens. No carcinogens. No known hormone disruptors. Josh formulates within IFRA safety standards and never tests on animals.
Why does my soy candle look frosted or uneven?
Frosting is natural with soy wax. It is cosmetic only and actually a sign of purity. It does not affect the burn, the scent throw, or the candle's performance. Think of it as proof the wax is real soy, not a synthetic blend trying to look perfect.
