Bull Sheath Leather | Handmade Leather Wallets and Goods

Bull Sheath Leather creates handmade leather wallets, badge wallets, knife sheaths, money clips, and everyday carry goods in Mansfield, Texas. Founder Ernie Contreras started the workshop in 2017 with a simple standard: build leather goods that are meant to be carried, used, and kept.

The team works with full grain American leather, including Horween Dublin leather vegetable tanned in Chicago. Wallets are cut, guided through professional leather sewing machines by hand, finished, burnished, stamped, and inspected in the Texas workshop.

How long does it take to make and ship my order?
Every wallet is built when you order it. We don't sit on stock. Standard production runs 2–3 business days in our Mansfield workshop, plus 2–4 days in transit anywhere in the U.S. Personalized pieces (monogram, embossing, custom slot configurations) add another 2–3 days to production. We'll always email you a tracking number the moment it ships.
What's covered under the No Bull Guarantee?
Any failure of materials or craftsmanship. Forever. If a stitch comes loose, an edge cracks, or hardware fails — we'll fix or replace it free. Normal wear (patina, surface scratches) isn't covered because that's the leather doing what leather does.
What kind of leather do you use?
Full-grain American cowhide from U.S. tanneries. Vegetable-tanned. Never bonded, never imported, never pretending.
Why saddle-stitching?
Two needles working in opposite directions through every hole. If one stitch fails, the others stay locked in place. A machine-stitched wallet unravels at the first broken thread. Saddle-stitching is the strongest hand stitch in leatherwork.
How do I care for my wallet?
Less than you think. Keep it dry. If it gets wet, blot it and let it air dry — never use heat. A dab of leather conditioner once or twice a year is plenty.

60-day Bull Ride. If you don't love it, send it back. Full refund. No hoops, no restocking fee.
