Bunker Gear Belt – Made From Real Firefighter Shoulder Straps

This belt doesn’t look like bunker gear — it is bunker gear.

Each one starts as an authentic shoulder strap pulled from a real firefighter’s turnout coat. These straps were engineered to carry weight, resist heat, and survive hellish conditions — now they’ve been reborn as rugged, everyday belts.

We leave the strap totally intact — no resewing, no reweaving, no imitation material. The only thing we add is a tough friction-style buckle so it’s ready to wear the moment it hits your hands.

1.5" Wide – True Firefighter Webbing
Originally built to hold up thousands of dollars in life-saving gear.

    Custom Added Buckle
Strong, simple, adjustable — built for daily use (not load-bearing climbing).

    Zero Stitching. Zero Weak Points.
We don’t modify the strap — this is the real gear, exactly as it was worn.

    Cut to Fit Design
Trim the tail, melt the edge, and you’re good.

    Hand-Recovered in the USA
Sourced, cleaned, cut, and buckled by American hands.

Once these are gone, they’re gone.
We can’t just order more — authentic bunker straps are extremely limited and hard to source.

Every belt is unique. Expect character: scuffs, wear patterns, soot stains, reflective striping, small discolorations, even department markings. These were worn into fires. Every one has a story.

Note: Not intended for climbing or load-bearing use. Replacement buckles available.
