Cacao Nibs are considered a Superfood as they contain a rich supply of antioxidants, dietary fiber, magnesium, potassium and are low in carbohydrates and sugar. We smoke the cacao nibs in small batches to add additional flavor and aroma, using bourbon barrel wood straight from Kentucky's bourbon distilleries. A healthy snack great in trail mix or smoothies, oatmeal, yogurt or in many baked goods.
